DELIVERY TIMING
Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days. Domestic Vietnam delivery is estimated at 2–5 business days; international delivery at 5–14 business days. These are classroom-demo estimates, not carrier guarantees.
FRESHNESS
Coffee is roasted in small batches and packed in a high-barrier resealable bag. Keep it sealed, cool and dry; use within six weeks of opening for the most expressive cup.
QUALITY PROMISE
If coffee arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with the order number and a photo. In a production store we would replace or refund the affected product.
